• CSI Transfers provides minibus transportation services, including airport transfers, private charters, and local rides.
• By booking a service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website or other authorized platforms.
• Payments are securely processed online, and contactless payments are available in the vehicle.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip may be eligible for a refund.
• No-shows or late cancellations may not be refunded.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must arrive on time for pick-up.
• CSI Transfers is not responsible for missed flights or appointments due to delays beyond our control.
• Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the driver.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

• CSI Transfers is not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who poses a safety risk.
• Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms
