Cancellation Policy – CSI Transfers Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before a booked trip via [email, text, phone call] will be processed without a penalty, cancellation requests are subject to a fee of up to 7%, which covers only payment processing costs. Passengers are required to provide at least 3 hours notice of cancellation to avoid being marked as a no-show. Otherwise, the passenger may not be subject to a full refund. In the event that a cancellation is necessary, we appreciate timely communication. Passengers are encouraged to notify us as soon as possible to allow for necessary adjustments. Please submit your refund request via email to info@csitransfers.ca. The CSI Transfers service may be canceled for the safety of passengers due to the complicated weather conditions. Passengers will be notified in advance whenever possible and immediately refunded full tickets price. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
